This mostly triangular loop takes you through rural Greene, Warren, and Clinton counties from historic Xenia station and back. It features a mixture of rolling hills, open farm roads, and flat bike trail. There is one notable climb, and many short pitches to keep you interested. It is beginner friendly, but can be challenging in high winds. Highlights include Clarksville Road bridge across Caesar Creek Lake, a few small historic towns along the way, and a descending bike trail start and finish.

As a first timer, the wind was worse than expected. My navigation aids need to be planned in advance, so I pedaled a few unnecessary miles. It was a good day and I enjoyed the ride.
